This past week has been wonderful. The weather has been great for fishing and I have done as much of it as possible. The fish have been on my side this week as well. I don’t know about you, but I can’t think of many things better than setting beside a beautiful lake and fishing. As much fun as I had fishing it wasn’t the highlight of this past week. I got some great news. After a long absence I am finally going to be wrestling in Parkersburg WV. Now I have an answer to all the emails I get asking me when I will be back.
I will be wrestling for the WVWA on June 20th at Coyote Gone Wild. I am damn excited to be coming back to Parkersburg. It has been long over due. The fans in Parkersburg are among some of the best that I have ever had the honor of wrestling for. There wasn’t a single show when the fans weren’t behind me 110 percent. From what I understand the WVWA’s return to Parkersburg will be a show for the record books. It will be an action packed night that no one is going to forget. As soon as I get more details I will be talking about it right here in, The Truth.
This up coming week is going to be a fun week for me. My daughter is finishing up the school year and headed into the first grade. Watching my little girl grow up into a beautiful and intelligent young lady is one of; if not my proudest accomplishments in life. I know that no matter what mistake’s I have made or will make Daddy’s little girl has the best of the best and always will. Not only is she finishing up the school year she has a soccer game on my birthday. Her team won the game they had last week and I think it is safe to say they are going to win this weeks game.
Stay tuned to the video section next week. I am going to be getting more work done on my back piece. We are going to be filming for a little bit so the world can see what I like to do in my spare time. I think you will all enjoy the video, my tattoo artist is fucking great and it is going to be my pleasure to introduce all of you to the artistic genius that does my ink. I am really looking forward to making this video for all the fans. Once we get there I am going to do a brief introduction and then just let the cameras roll. If you want to get some ink from a true artist come down to Ashen 18 Tattoos in Parkersburg WV off of 7th St. and talk to Randall Hupp. Tell him what you want and let him work his magic. I have lots of tattoos and he is definitely by far my favorite artist. Ashen 18 is the place to be. When you stop, tell them that The Snakeman sent you!!!!
I am sure that by now most if not all of you have heard about the death of Dr. George Tiller. In case you haven’t here is a brief run down on the man. He was one of the few doctors in the United States that would perform late term abortions. He was murdered while he was ushering at church in Kansas. I know that abortion is a very hot button topic. It doesn’t matter to me if you support abortion or if you are against abortion. The fact is that it is wrong to shoot someone. If you are against abortion chances are your number one reason for being against abortion is that you believe that it is murder. Well, shooting a man is murder as well. Two wrongs do not make a right. Why must we stoop to violence instead of talking through our differences? I personally feel that even if you are against abortion you should be against the man that shot Dr. Tiller.
Chances are that I am going to commit career suicide for saying this; however, I agree with abortion in the right situation. Rape being the number one reason why I agree with abortion. What I don’t agree with is that as of right now all women in the country has a choice. They can abort or not abort. If they don’t want the child they have a way out. Even if they only got pregnant because they were drunk at a party they still have a choice. What about the men in this country, where is their choice? Why don’t men have the right to choose? By that I don’t mean men should be able to choose if the woman aborts or does not abort. Men should have the right to support or not support the child. Now it isn’t as simple as that, it truly only applies to one night stand situations.
