July 7th
I hope that all of you had a great Fourth of July. All and all my weekend was good with many stories that I could tell, but not this week. I have something very important to talk about.
In fact there is truly only one thing that I would like to talk about this week. That would be my friend Randall Hupp from Parkersburg, WV. As most of you know Randall is my tattoo artist. I’m not going to talk about tattoos this time though. This time is far more important than any ink in the world. Randall’s house recently burnt down. Fortunately, he and his son got out of the house ok; however, it is with great sadness that I tell you that his wife suffered 2nd degree burns and severe smoke inhalation. She is currently at West Penn Hospital on life support.
I have often said that I have the greatest fans in the world. Fans that I usually don’t ask for anything; however, today is different. Randall is now homeless. I am asking you to help in any way possible. It may be by donations of money, clothes, food, whatever you can help with. I am also trying to come up with several different fundraising ideas so if you have any ideas for fundraisers or would like to donate some of your time once a fundraiser is setup it will be greatly appreciated. It is times like this when we need to realize that a fire can happen to anyone, even one of us someday. I feel that when a friend is in need we should all band together and help that friend in anyway possible.
