The Snakeman Deven Michaels

         Its that time of the week again. I hope that each and everyone of you had a great fucking week. If not, that’s fine too. I’ve been sitting back trying to figure out where to start and hell, it just isn’t coming to me. I know that I have to make this one damn good. Little Aaron, whom I happen to know is sitting around waiting for this installment, in fact according to him sits and waits every Wednesday for the new installment, will have my ass if its not good.   Maybe, if I get lucky or if I decide to focus after reading this week’s truth Aaron will jump out of his seat and shout hallelujah!!!!! LOL   I had to say it bro.

         Seriously though, I had a good week. I wrestled against The New Age Punisher TJ Phillips Friday night in Greenwood, WV. The crowd in Greenwood wasn’t as large as I was hoping for, but the few fans that were there were wild and crazy. TJ and I had a hot little match. I’m not going to talk about all the details, you can slither on over to the video section and watch the match and see for yourself. I will tell you that the fans loved the match. What pissed me off is that TJ stole Jezabel. TJ, plain and simple you stole something that belongs to me. What you are overlooking is that you didn’t steal a snake, you stole, no hell stole isn’t even the right word. You kidnapped my closest and most cherished friend. Fact of the matter is I will get Jezabel back one way or the other. I firmly believe that sometimes in order to stay sane one must get a little blood on their soul. If I have to get TJ’s blood on my hands and my soul to retrieve Jezabel I will!!!!! I hope you realize what you have started. This coming weekend on August 1st you will pay the ultimate price for what you have done.

         Saturday I headed up to Ellsworth, PA to face someone that has became somewhat of a pain in my ass, J-Ru. This was another great match. J-ru finally found out who the better man truly is as I left with his PA regional title, oh wait, it is no longer his title. I am now the reigning PA Regional Champion in RWA. I felt great standing on the fire truck that escorted me to and from the ring with the Championship belt around my waist, now J-ru and I can lay our differences to rest knowing that the better man or should I say the better snake won!!! You can also see this match by slithering over to the video section.   I am looking forward to defending my new title against anyone and everyone in the RWA. I don’t care who you are if you think you have what it takes just say my name and be prepared for the venom to enter your blood as the snake strikes!!!

         This past week has had a lot of backstage drama and politics at one of the companies that I wrestle for. The details of this drama is something that I am going to leave alone. No fuck that, I don’t think I will leave them alone. Lets have a little fun snake style. LOL Bottom line is that the promoter and owner of the company didn’t return phone calls for what ever reason. The reasons are personal so I’m going to leave them alone. By not returning calls he pissed one of the best wrestlers on his roster off royally. In turn that wrestler went on to a very entertaining website that we are going to talk about a bit later. Anyway, the wrestler aired all sorts of dirty laundry on a forum. I can definitely say from personal experience that this particular promoter is a pain in the ass to get a hold of. Hell, there have been times where I have been pissed at this promoter for not returning my calls. So I fully understand why the wrestler was pissed off.

         On the flip side of that about a year or so ago maybe a little longer at this point I went on the exact same website and did the exact same thing. I talked about everything that I knew about Mike Howerton and the MWA, which was a lot of fun. It was very unprofessional for this other wrestler and myself to do what we did and I’m not going to speak for him, but it made me feel great when I did it.

         Promoters need to understand that when a wrestler feels that he or she is being mistreated nine times out of ten the wrestler will bite back. Hell, it isn’t even about wrestling I know a lot of people outside of this business that have a very simple philosophy in life, treat people like they treat you. I think it is a pretty good philosophy and it is one of which I live by.

         The website I was referring to is www.indymessageboard.com I highly recommend checking it out if you want to watch or rather read a bunch of grown men acting like fucking babies. Ok, maybe not babies, I think the better term would be immature group of fucking high school girls. Oh yeah, baby, if you want to find out all the dirt about every wrestler, promoter, or show you have ever seen check the site out. The best part is the site is designed for all the pussies in the locker room to go onto it and talk shit about each other all the time under a cloak of anonymity. That’s right boys and girls the big tough wrestlers you watch and enjoy don’t truly have any balls at all. These guys are so tough that if they say something bad about someone they have to do it from behind a computer screen without a name.

         As entertaining as I find the indy message board to be I find it truly disgusting at the same time. Here is what happens, all the wrestlers will sit together in the locker room talking and telling stories as if we were all the closest of friends, then the same wrestlers will set at home and type all night long about each other and the show they were just on. Now don’t get me wrong, not all of the wrestlers do this, but you can certainly see who the real men in the back are because they don’t have to hide behind a computer with no name to tell you how they feel. The real men will use a name or say it to your face.

         If you decide to check the site out enjoy it and have fun. I know that I personally find the site to be very entertaining and I check it several times a day when time allows. Seeing a bunch of rough tough wrestlers acting like a group of jealous high school girls always makes me laugh. Just remember if you do decide to check out the site 80% if not more of the shit you will read is just that shit. It is shit posted by a bunch of fucking cowards in an attempt to put anyone and everyone down. In most cases they only trash each other because they are jealous fucks and need to find away to feel better about their own miserable life. If you are one of the boys in the back that is constantly being talked about remember one thing as said by many of the greats in this business, “All press is good press.”
