February 10th
There have been times in all of our lives when we have all felt like the deck was stacked against us. You know two steps forward and three steps back. LOL I have often joked that God has it out for me because he knows that I am eventually going to take over and send him straight to Hell. LOL I’m starting to wonder if that is really just a joke or if God really does have it out for me.
I woke up the other morning and I was all excited to drive to the WWE office. I was packed, pumped, and ready to go. Then what happens? I find out that there is one helluva storm on the way. As much snow that was dropped from the heavens I am thankful I postponed the trip. I figured that I would leave today. As luck would have it, as I sit here it is snowing and the Weather Channel is telling me that I am going to be waking up to another fucking storm.
So, at this point, I am truly starting to wonder if the powers that be are ever going to let me make the drive! At this point, I am sick of fucking winter. I am impatiently waiting until the weather breaks so I can make the drive that I am destined to make. Damn it one way or the other I am getting my ass to the WWE office and I am going to make myself known. One way or the other I will work for the WWE!!!
I see another Super Bowl has come and gone. Since I don’t watch football I don’t see the big deal, but I guess I am in the minority with that one. LOL Seriously, has anyone ever stopped to think about the amount of money that is involved in football? With the millions upon millions of dollars football makes, there is no way in hell that the games aren’t rigged.
Think about it, the gambling industry is not going to make bets and odds unless they know the outcome. That is, after all, how people in the gambling business make money; by putting the odds in their favor. Oh well, such is life though. Just remember one thing, for over a hundred years people believed that pro-wrestling was a legit sport and that the outcomes were not predetermined. We all know how that one turned out.
From what I hear, its Charlie Sheen’s week of being Hollywood’s loose cannon. I don’t know much and I haven’t heard a lot, but what I did hear is that Charlie was arrested for holding a knife to his girl’s throat. Charlie was always known for being a wild, charismatic party boy, but damn. I think this time he may have gone just a little too far. I can’t possibly imagine what she did that would cause him to grab a knife and threaten to slit her throat.
It looks like this coming Sunday is St. Valentine’s Day. I know that the mere mention of Valentine’s Day makes just about every broad’s panties wet. Personally, I love women and we all know that. LOL I do however think that Valentine’s day is an overrated bullshit holiday. Women and men both take advantage of the bullshit holiday.
Women take advantage of it by making their men feel guilty so that they get a really expensive gift. Men take advantage of it by using the gift they get as a pass for all the things that they have done wrong all year long. As much as I love women, Valentine’s day is the one day of the year that proves women are occasionally stupid. How you ask? Let me tell you.
Men feel obligated to buy a gift for Valentine’s Day. They feel obligated because they know that the woman or women in their lives expect something from them. They also know that if the get the right gift, they are forgiven for past and future fuck ups. Women are all excited to get their gifts, the nice romantic dinners, and their man or men kissing their ass.
Now think about this for a minute. Women are exited to receive a gift and a night out that the men don’t really want to give them and have put no thought or feelings into. How special is that Valentine’s gift when the men giving them to you are only doing it because they feel obligated. Think about it, would you rather have a man that randomly gives you gifts and treats you great all year long or would you rather have a man that treats you ok and only gets you a gift when he feels obligated to?
Personally, I would rather be with a person that treats me great all year long and just randomly and spontaneously lets me know how they feel. But hey, if you are ok with getting a meaningless gift by all means enjoy Valentine’s day. I, on the other hand, will continue to not give a shit about Valentine’s day because I know that I show the women in my life that I love them sporadically throughout the year when I don’t feel obligated to.
