Well now, another show is done and over with. As it stands right now, there is only one more show left that I am obligated to attend. This past show went with out a hitch. I must admit, I was worried about getting into the ring, I thought for sure that I would end up hurting my shoulder again, or rather hurting it worse considering that it isn’t completely healed. Fortunately, there were no injuries or accidents, I am damn thankful for that.
All and all the show itself was good and there was no real drama, well other than Sabu no showing. Other than Sabu, everything was great. If more people would run shows the way that Dave and Jeff run shows; this business wouldn’t be in the sad shape that its in. I have always enjoyed working for the two of them and I’m planning on working with them as much as I possibly can in the future. We even talked about combining my new magic act with some wrestling shows. Before I get off of the subject of wrestling, I want to say thanks to Dave and Jeff for having me this past weekend. Working with the two of you has always been a pleasure.
After the show we all went out to this nice little place in downtown Morgantown. I can’t think of the name, but it was very similar to Applebees. None the less, the name doesn’t matter. It was a really nice place and it was a damn good night. Marty Janetty, Jeff, Dave, Adam, Neno, Cuban, Hippie, Bill, myself and a few others that I can’t think of off the top of my head had a damn good time. It was one of those nights that between Marty and myself if it is possible to have too much fun we were right on the line. LOL It is official, not only have I partied with Jake Roberts I have now partied with Marty Janetty. Two of the best and most well known party animals that wrestling has to offer. I think the only person to party with that might be able to top the parties I have been to would maybe be Shawn Michaels. I don’t think I’ll be out partying with him anytime soon, so I am going to be proud of the fact that I have partied with and survived it with two of the wildest men in the wrestling business.
Well after sleeping off a little bit of the party I went to work today. Surprisingly, I was in damn good spirits and on top of my game even after being out and partying. With the amount that I managed to drink I should still be in bed. LOL Anyway, the UPS truck pulls in at work and damn, the chic that got off that truck was well lets just say, I have a few ideas about what brown can do for me. LMFAO She walks in and hands me this box, which worked out well because I need something in front of me. LOL Either way, I had an idea of what might be in the box so I was extremely excited to rip it open and find out if it was the big box I have been waiting for. And sure enough if it isn’t the one big prop that I have ordered, that I have been dying to get.
Sitting right beside me is one of the most kick ass arm choppers that I have ever seen. The part about it that irritates me though, is that I have already cut myself on it twice. I can honestly say the arm chopper has definitely earned its name and deserves its name. As much as I have enjoyed playing with it, I must admit that considering I know I have cut myself with it, I am kind of wondering if I really can slip a spectators arm into the arm chopper and not hurt them in any way shape or form. I’m kind of nervous about it myself, but I think that its going to be good. As nervous as I may be, I am also excited as hell to slip someone’s arm through the chopper so that I can see what is going to happen.
That wasn’t the only cool thing that I got today either, I’m not telling you everything though, but I will say this, with each and every box I feel like a kid on Christmas day. I get all warm and tingly and uber excited. The only downside is that in a way, it is kind of overwhelming. When I have the cash I am going to buy as much stuff as possible, but I need to find a way to not be overwhelmed and to focus on one thing at a time so I can master each and every magic effect and illusion that I do. I am really excited about my straitjacket though. There are lots of people that are completely against it, but I am all for it and I can’t wait to start practicing, well that is what I am going to tell friends and family. LOL
